Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, no questions asked. Simply notify us via email (info@hayacollections.pk) or phone (+92 3155280566), and we’ll process your cancellation promptly.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, returned items must:
- Be in their original packaging
- Have been purchased within the last 14 days
- Be regular-priced (sale items cannot be refunded)
Please note that custom-made items, personal care goods, or items unsuitable for hygiene reasons cannot be returned.
How to Return
You’re responsible for the return shipping costs and any risks during transit. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. Returns should be shipped to:

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we’ll notify you and process a refund (within 14 days) to your original payment method.
Gifts
If your purchase was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is processed. Otherwise, refunds will go back to the original purchaser.
